Mark Richards

Mark Richards is an experienced professional in the retail leasing and management sector, currently serving as the Regional Leasing Manager for Vicinity Centres since January 2015, where responsibilities have included managing significant projects such as the $80M redevelopment of Warriewood Square. Prior to this role, Mark spent over four years at GPT Group, primarily as a Project Leasing Executive, where contributions included the $200M Wollongong Central expansion and managing retail leasing for Dandenong Plaza. Mark's career began at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2004 to 2010, serving as Centre Manager and Marketing Manager, with a focus on delivering returns for investors and enhancing customer engagement.
