Previous roles include Centre Manager at Chadstone The Fashion Capital and participation as a Board Observer for The Australian Ballet, contributing to governance and audit processes. Michael has also held managerial positions at Yarra Trams, Loam Consulting, Arts Centre Melbourne, and The Sebel Heritage Yarra Valley, specializing in operations, growth, and innovation within the hospitality and commercial sectors. Education includes an Advanced Management degree from Melbourne Business School, completed in 2022.
