Customer Success Manager, Research & Insights at Vicinity Centres

Sonia Chan has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sonia most recently worked at Vicinity Centres as a Customer Success Lead in the Research & Insights department since July 2022. Before that, they were a Commercial Analyst at Vicinity Centres' Chadstone location from August 2017 to July 2022.

Prior to their time at Vicinity Centres, Sonia worked at Brand Collective Pty Ltd as a Strategy Manager from December 2014 to August 2017. Sonia also held positions at Hanes Brands Australasia, including Strategy & Business Development Analyst for Pacific Brands from February 2012 to November 2014, and Analyst for Sourcing & Supply Chain for Pacific Brands from August 2010 to February 2012.

Sonia began their career at Deloitte as a Graduate and worked their way up to Senior Consultant from February 2007 to August 2010.

Sonia Chan attended Pembroke School from 1996 to 2001 where they obtained a South Australian Certificate of Education. Sonia then went on to study at the University of Melbourne from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).
