Bill has held various roles at companies such as Vicinity Energy, Veolia North America, Harvard University, Johnson Controls, and SeaRiver Maritime. Manning holds a Masters of Science in Facilities Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, along with a Bachelors of Science in Marine Engineering from the same institution.
