Created in 2023 by the IPG Holding Group, VICM is the third company in the group after : 

PROMES, created in 1996, is located in CHATENOIS in Alsace and has a subsidiary in Lyon. Its building represents a covered area of 200 m2 of workshop and 200 m2 of office. 
PROMES operates in the fields of the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and metal industries.
The company VICM has existed since 1980. It is located in the Rhône Alpes region, 25 Rue Vaucanson 69150 Décines-Charpieu. Its building has a covered workshop area of 540m2.
