Simon Gutteridge

Simon Gutteridge is the Head of Assets and Sustainability at Vico Homes, where they have worked since 2014, managing strategic asset management, regeneration, and sustainability initiatives within the social housing sector. They oversee a large capital investment program and the decarbonization of housing stock and operations. Simon previously held roles as a Business Development Manager at Envirolink and a Project Development Manager at Carillion Energy Services. They are currently pursuing multiple degrees, including an MSc in Sustainability, a BA in Geography, and an MS in Senior Leadership from the University of Leeds and The University of Sheffield.
