Rob G. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

Starting in 2015, Rob worked as a Student Demonstrator at the University of Worcester, where they taught JavaScript and C# to students, provided technical support, and assisted in teaching programming.

In 2016, Rob joined Worcester Infirmary Museum as a Minecraft Server Admin and Technical Support, where they provided technical support for a Minecraft server, helped troubled children learn about architecture through Minecraft, and offered hardware and software support.

From 2017 to 2019, Rob worked at AuraQ Ltd as a Graduate Software Developer and later as a Software Developer. Rob developed bespoke business-process management software using Mendix, Java, JavaScript, CSS, and SASS. Rob also gained experience in OCR, RPA, and REST technologies.

In 2019, Rob joined Deep Secure as a Junior Software Developer and later as a Software Developer. There, they focused on cybersecurity software engineering using C, C++, C#, SQL, Java, and JavaScript. Rob also worked with Visual Studio, TFS, Git, and Docker.

In 2021, Rob moved to Biosite Systems Ltd, where they held the role of Senior Software Engineer. Rob performed full-stack software engineering on Linux, using C++, TypeScript, SCSS, PostgreSQL, Angular, React, Cypress, Git, Docker, and CMake. Rob delivered well-written and well-tested software to meet customer needs.

Currently, Rob is working at Vicon as a C++ Application Programmer. Rob is involved in Windows application development for motion capture, object tracking, and special effects software for film and video games. Their skills include C++, Python, Qt, QML, Boost, Mercurial, and Visual Studio.

Rob G. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Game Design & Development from the University of Worcester, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) from PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide, Mendix Rapid Developer from Mendix, and AA Advanced RPA Professional from Automation Anywhere.
