Michele Moore

Michele Moore is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management and customer care across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and Customer Care Specialist at Vicor Corporation since August 2022, Michele manages multiple customer accounts while coordinating closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Prior roles include Senior Account Manager/Sales Specialist at Teledyne FLIR, where responsibilities encompassed EDI order management and sales support, as well as previous positions in customer service and project coordination at Raymarine, Pella Corporation, Sherwin-Williams, and Valspar. With a strong foundation in customer support, order processing, and sales coordination, Michele has built a robust skill set over more than two decades in the field. Education was pursued at North Shore Community College and Northern Essex Community College.
