Chloe Horner

Chloe Horner is currently the Partnerships Lead at VicReturn and has over 15 years of experience in environmental education and community engagement. They have previously held roles such as Environmental Education Officer at the City of Stonnington and School Programs Manager at CERES Community Environment Park, where they managed programs that supported sustainability initiatives. Chloe has designed and delivered educational programs and activities, fostering collaboration among councils, schools, and communities. They are pursuing a Graduate Diploma of Urban Horticulture at the University of Melbourne and hold multiple degrees in social science and education. Throughout their career, Chloe has consistently focused on turning big ideas into real-world impact through innovative programming.
