Lucy C. is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of multi-sector experience and more than a decade of leading large, cross-functional teams. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of People at Victim Support and as a Board Trustee at Age UK North Worcestershire, Lucy is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. With a strong passion for championing people and enhancing working lives, Lucy is qualified as a coach and mentor, having completed the ILM Level 7 Diploma for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors. Previously, Lucy held various HR roles, including Head of People Services at the General Dental Council and Head of Human Resources and Support Services at Birmingham St Mary's Hospice.
