Tracy Vigor

Tracy Vigor possesses extensive experience in supporting vulnerable populations, particularly victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence. Tracy served as Manager at SOS Domestic Abuse Projects from February 2010 to July 2015, where responsibilities included assisting families in overcoming the impacts of domestic abuse. Currently, Tracy is the Independent Sexual Violence Adviser Team Manager at both Victim Support and the Center for Action on Rape and Abuse, roles focused on providing emotional and practical support to victims navigating the criminal justice system. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Support at Children and Learning, where integration of excluded children into educational settings was facilitated, and as an Intensive Personal Adviser at Connexions, aimed at helping young people remain engaged in learning despite challenging circumstances. Tracy holds a Level 5 degree from Cambridge University, completed between 2004 and 2005.
