Nancy opened a cancer survivor boutique after seeing women in her hometown have to travel upwards of 40 minutes to get the items they needed for post mastectomy surgery. Having worked in the service industry over 35 years (ouch!!) Nancy is from the "old school" where service is the most important thing you can give a customer.
The most important fact is that she wants women to feel comfortable the moment they walk in the door, know they have found a friend and a refuge to come and just be still through the storm ahead.
