Our Roots: A Family Legacy

Victory Cleaning was founded by Oliver Winter in 2012, continuing his grandfather’s legacy of delivering top-quality commercial cleaning solutions. Starting with just one client, we’ve grown to serve a large number of commercial clients and employ more than 150 dedicated staff members.

Oliver’s wife, Hannah, joined the management team to focus on supporting our school cleaning services. With her background in teaching, Hannah provides valuable insight into creating clean, safe environments for students and staff. Together, Oliver and Hannah lead with a commitment to excellence and a focus on building lasting relationships with our clients.
