Robert Harris is a seasoned packaging professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Robert began a career in packaging as a Packaging Engineer at Ace Packaging from 1992 to 1999, followed by a role as Design Engineer at International Paper from April 1996 to November 2003. Robert transitioned to Victory Packaging in November 2003, where Robert currently serves as Senior Packaging Engineer and Manager of Package Engineering for the US Region, overseeing a team of over 20 engineers across nine design centers. In addition to this role, Robert is currently with Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions as Manager of Package Engineering for the US Region since July 2024. Robert's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging from Michigan State University, earned between 1989 and 1994. Prior military service includes a position with the US Army as SPC4-31K from 1985 to 1989.
