Sarah Porter is the current Executive Director at Victory Programs. Sarah has over twenty years of experience in the social services field. Sarah began their career as a Program Manager at the Ocean Park Community Center in 2001. Sarah then became the Director at Lowell Alliance for Families and Neighborhoods in 1997.
