Ryan Gilbert is a dynamic, 4x Emmy Award-winning director of video production with over 14 years of experience in sports media. Currently serving as the Director of Video Production and Marketing at VICTORY+, Ryan creates promotional content for major sports organizations, including the Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers. Previously, Ryan held positions at MLB Network and MLB Advanced Media, where they produced high-impact features and edited game recap videos. Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management from St. John's University, where they also contributed significantly to the university's athletic communications. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ryan has a special focus on the Dominican dialect and possesses an extensive knowledge of baseball and other sports.
