James Hunter

James Hunter is an experienced chemical engineer with a diverse background in process engineering and safety within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Currently serving as Lead Process Engineer and Senior Consultant at Victrex and Future Economic Rural Network (FERN) respectively, James has previously held significant positions at GSK, Johnson Matthey, Eastman Chemical Company, and Cognis UK. Expertise includes technical development of oral API manufacture, process safety, and operational support for bulk pharmaceutical intermediates. James has a strong track record in incident investigation, process improvement, and the application of Lean methodologies, contributing to cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency.
