Michael's extensive experience includes serving as CEO at Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials and various executive positions at Quadrant EPP, CABKA GmbH, and DSM, demonstrating a robust background in engineering plastics and recycling materials. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
