Peter Dodman

Peter Dodman is the Head of Manufacturing at Victrex, where they oversee manufacturing operations. They previously held roles such as Plant Manager and Industrialisation Manager at Victrex from 2017 to 2019. With extensive experience in the composites and materials industry, Peter served as a Sales Manager at North Technology Group and a Prepreg Production Manager at Hengshen Carbon Fibre Materials. Their career also includes a significant tenure at Advanced Composites Group, where they fulfilled various managerial roles over 22 years. Peter earned an MSc in Manufacturing Management from the University of Derby between 1995 and 2000.
