Simon Crompton

Simon Crompton has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Simon began their career at Longclifffe Quarries in 2003 as a Production Manager and stayed with the company until 2006. Simon then joined DePuy CMW as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where they worked from June 2006 to December 2011. In 2012, they joined DePuy Orthopaedics as a Value Stream Leader, staying with the company until May 2013. Simon then transitioned to Victrex, where they held several roles, including Production Manager from May 2013 to April 2015 and Manufacturing Plant Manager from May 2015 to October 2020. Simon then moved into strategic roles at Victrex, serving as Head Of Strategic Development from October 2020 to September 2022, Head of Digital and Asset Strategy from September 2022 to June 2023, and currently holds the position of Head of Engineering and Capital Projects starting from June 2023.

Simon Crompton pursued a Chemical Engineering Degree from 1997 to 2001. Simon obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in this field of study.
