Alicia Bone

Alicia Bone is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and advisory roles. Currently serving as the National Human Resources Manager at Vicwest Building Products since September 2022, Alicia has previously held the position of Human Resources Advisor at Ira McDonald Construction Ltd. In this role, responsibilities included coaching and leading team members to promote a positive workplace culture. Alicia's earlier career at Vicwest Building Products as an HR Generalist involved overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Additionally, Alicia has experience in customer service and staffing consultancy, having worked in roles at Longo's, Express Employment Professionals, HMV, and as an Assistant Language Teacher at Interac. Alicia holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Mohawk College and a BA (Hons) in Sociology and English from Brock University.
