Arman Donida

Arman Donida is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and technical support. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at VIDA Digital Identity since April 2025, Arman focuses on developing strategies to achieve business objectives. Prior to this role, Arman worked at Insider from August 2020 to March 2025, initially as a Sr. Technical Support Consultant and later as an Operational Account Manager, managing client support processes and providing campaign best practices. Arman's career began at Palapa Digital Elektronik Indonesia, where responsibilities included coordinating customer needs and creating quotations as a Business Relations Specialist and Sales and Marketing Specialist, respectively. Arman holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Science, Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universitas Mercu Buana, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
