Randy P.

Randy P. has a diverse work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Randy started their career as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Indonesia in 2017, where they gained teaching experience. In 2018, Randy joined ByteDance as a Machine Learning Engineer, but their tenure was short-lived. Later in the same year, they joined Nodeflux as an AI Research Scientist, where they worked on deep-learning-based computer vision products and focused on improving their industry acceptance. Randy'snotable accomplishment at Nodeflux was reducing the False Rejection Rate from 30% to 3% and the False Acceptance Rate from 1.7% to 0% in their 2D liveness analytics. Currently, Randy is working as a Deep Learning Scientist at VIDA Digital Identity, where they apply their expertise in deep learning.

Randy P. pursued their education at the University of Indonesia, starting in 2010 and ending in 2014. There, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following that, Randy P. continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2016 to 2018.
