With three decades of experience in text production and editing, they currently teach workshops on affectionate writing and human-centered communication. Ana developed a methodology called affectionate communication, focusing on fostering genuine connections through writing. They are the author of several books, including *Como se Encontrar na Escrita* and *Minha Mãe Fazia*, and have served as the editor-in-chief of *Revista Vida Simples* since 2011. Ana holds a degree in Social Communication from PUC-SP and has received multiple awards for their contributions to journalism.
