Nate Dalton

Nate Dalton is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a diverse professional background, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Sora Union since March 2022 and as Founder of Daybreak Partners since May 2019. Dalton has also held significant positions such as Trustee at Boston University and Board of Overseers member at Scripps Research. Additional roles include Director at All Turtles and VIDA and a long tenure as Board Member and Senior Advisor at Affiliated Managers Group. Prior experience includes founding GuardSupport, Inc., a non-profit aimed at aiding families of the Massachusetts National Guard, and working as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in corporate M&A and private equity. Dalton holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
