Yoel Lavie

Yoel Lavie is currently the General Counsel at VIDAA, overseeing legal strategies and operations. Previously, they were the COO and VP, Chief of Staff at Rezilion, where they led business operations and played a key role in the company's acquisition by GitLab. Yoel co-founded a stealth startup focused on security data solutions, gaining valuable insights into market dynamics despite the venture's conclusion. They worked as a Legal Associate at Gornitzky & Co, advising on M&A and technology law, and held roles in academia as a Vice Editor and Research Assistant at the University of Haifa. Yoel served as a Lieutenant in the Israel Defense Forces before embarking on their legal career.
