Inge Stassen

Inge Stassen is an experienced manager with a focus on development and employment services. Currently serving as the Manager Ontwikkeling at Vidar since July 2020, Inge oversees a team of 60 FTEs and is responsible for the execution of 1200-1500 intensive guidance trajectories annually, along with budget management for municipal reintegration resources under the Participation Act. Prior experience includes a long tenure at the Gemeente Sittard-Geleen from October 2003 to July 2020, where Inge held various leadership roles, including Teammanager Werk, leading a team focused on social services. Inge holds degrees in Management, Economics, and Law from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and has furthered leadership and coaching skills through additional training at Schouten & Nelissen and NCOI Opleidingen.
