Echo jiang

Echo Jiang is a seasoned logistics and customer service manager with over 15 years of experience in the field and more than 9 years in management roles. Currently serving at The Vitec Group plc, Echo has successfully led major projects such as establishing local warehouses and setting up Tmall stores while implementing standard customer service processes and managing logistics and supply chain functions. Previously, Echo worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Customer Service Officer and held a supervisory role at Blum. Echo is presently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
