Pardeep B.

Pardeep B. has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Library Assistant at the Robert W Van Houten Library at NJIT. In 2012, they also worked as a Classroom Assistant for the Computer Science Department at NJIT, where they assisted a professor in teaching an introductory computer science course and provided input on course structure. Pardeep also worked as a Tutor for the Student Support Services Program at NJIT, assisting students in computer science, mathematics, and physics.

In 2014, Pardeep worked as a Student Researcher at the University of Richmond, where they implemented methods to correct drift displayed by Scanning Probe Microscopy images and optimized numerical optimization algorithms. Pardeep also worked as a Grader during this time.

Starting in 2015, Pardeep joined Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer Associate, where they gathered requirements for an internal web application and translated them into user stories. Pardeep later became a Scrum Master, leading daily scrums and ensuring sprint commitments were met. Pardeep also worked as a Software Engineer, developing microservices architecture for the planning and scheduling software platform of VERGE and running design and review meetings with stakeholders. Pardeep then transitioned to a Technical Lead, developing cost estimates and writing technical proposals.

Currently, Pardeep is a Principal Engineer at VideoAmp, starting in 2021. No end date is provided for this role.

Pardeep B. attended the University of Richmond from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Prior to that, in 2012, Pardeep briefly attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, focusing on Computer Science.
