Zach Lamberty

Zach Lamberty has extensive experience in data science and software development, having held various positions at notable organizations. Zach began as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University, focusing on theoretical condensed matter, and later served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Following a short stint as a Software Developer at PEAK6 Investments and Achievement Asset Management LLC, Zach became a Data Scientist at Elder Research. From July 2019 to January 2024, multiple roles were held at Storyblocks in Arlington, Virginia, including Senior Data Scientist, Lead Data Scientist, Principal Data Scientist, and Principal Machine Learning Engineer/ML Team Lead, ultimately rising to the position of Director of Data. Additionally, Zach has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at Georgetown University, teaching graduate students advanced computational methods for data science. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science degree in Physics from Cornell University.
