Mark Szatkowski

Mark Szatkowski has extensive experience in technical support and project management, currently serving as the Manager of North America Tech Support at Videojet Technologies since January 1997. Throughout a progressive career at Videojet, Mark held multiple leadership roles including Tech Support Manager for CIJ & Fluids, and Manager Applications Support for CLARiNET & Product Decoration. Prior to Videojet, Mark worked as a Field Service Engineer at Icon Office Solutions, where expertise in servicing digital equipment was developed. A foundational career began at Sears Roebuck & CO as a Sales Associate and Team Leader. Mark holds an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology.
