Anna Huuskonen

Anna Huuskonen is a Talent Manager at Videoly. Anna has over ten years of experience in communication, marketing, and recruitment.

Anna began their career as an Assistant Controller at ISS Palvelut. Anna then became a Recruitment Assistant and eventually a Recruitment Consultant at ISS Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy. In 2013, they joined Assidu Finland Oy as an HR Consultant.

In 2014, Anna joined Personalhuset Finland as their Communication and Marketing Manager. Anna was responsible for Personalhuset’s employer and recruitment communication and marketing. Anna also produced content for i.e. homepage and tenders and built and managed social media campaigns. Anna was a member in the company’s innovation group and thus took part in different kinds of development projects (i.e. service development and productization).

In 2020, Anna left Personalhuset Finland to become a Talent Manager at Videoly.

Anna Huuskonen has a Master of Arts in Germanic philology and a minor in Finnish from the University of Helsinki.

Anna Huuskonen reports to Nora Huovila, CEO & Co-Founder. Anna Huuskonen works with Santeri Hämäläinen - Head of Marketing, Katerina Andryukhina - Finance Manager, and Paula Poukka - Chief Commercial Officer.
