Michael Shinsky

Michael Shinsky is an experienced business development executive currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at VideoQ Inc since January 2008, where the focus is on video quality measurements and enhancement technologies. Prior to VideoQ Inc, Michael Shinsky held various significant roles including Apps Manager at Philips, System Application Manager and Application Manager at NXP Semiconductors, and System Architect at NXP Semiconductors from 2006 to 2007. Michael Shinsky also gained experience as a System Application Manager at Sony Semiconductors from August 1991 to April 1999 and began a career in engineering at Merlin Engineering from 1989 to 1990. Michael Shinsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio and TV Broadcasting from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, completed in 1972.
