BOUKHATEM Adel is an experienced IT professional specializing in systems administration and storage solutions. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator for Backup & Storage at Videotron since October 2023, BOUKHATEM is responsible for daily operations, upgrades, and maintenance following company SLAs. Prior experience includes a role as Systems Specialist II at iServ Solutions from February 2017 to September 2023, focusing on the implementation and support of Commvault platforms and conducting system audits.
