Eric Robert

Eric Robert has extensive experience in product support and technical operations, currently holding the position of Directeur principal Soutien et Expertise produits at Vidéotron since January 2006. Over the years, Eric has progressed through various roles within the company, including Directeur Soutien et Expertise produits, Gestionnaire principal soutien opérations techniques, and several managerial positions focusing on quality and technical operations. Prior to joining Vidéotron, Eric worked as a Technicien système de traitement bancaire at De La Rue Cash Systems, S.A. from June 2003 to January 2006.
