Stéphane Jean

Stéphane Jean is an experienced network analyst with a robust background in network management and system administration. Currently serving as an Expert Network Analyst at Vidéotron since April 2021, Stéphane has previously held multiple roles including Senior Network and Managed Services Analyst and Network Analyst. Prior experience includes being a Network and System Administrator at EBOX High Speed Internet and a Senior Network Specialist at Sobeys, where Stéphane was responsible for managing all Core and Retail network environments across Canada. Key accomplishments include migrating data center core routers to Cisco technologies, enhancing network reliability through equipment upgrades, and establishing standardized network processes. Stéphane holds a DEC in Computer Science Network Management from College de Maisonneuve.
