Niklas Kamocai

Niklas Kamocai is a technical project manager at Vidispine, an Arvato Systems brand, since January 2021, overseeing the management and delivery of Media Asset Management systems for diverse client production environments. Previously, from February 2016 to December 2020, Niklas served as a Senior Broadcast Solutions Engineer and Broadcast Support Engineer at Arvato North America, and as a Solutions Architect at Qvest Media from August 2014 to February 2016, focusing on innovative IT and AV solutions in the broadcasting and media industry. Prior experience includes roles as a Broadcast Engineer at WDR mediagroup digital GmbH, involved in media conversion and support for high-profile broadcasts, and as a Camera Assistant and On-Air Designer at WDR, where practical expertise with various cameras and production software was gained. Niklas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Media Technology from Cologne University of Applied Sciences and a certificate in Mechatronics Engineering from Siemens AG.
