Stefan E.'s work experience began in 2007 when they worked as a Broadcast Engineer at WDR. Stefan then joined arvato Systems S4M GmbH in the same year and held various roles including Project Manager, Product Manager, Head of Product & Presales, and finally, Head of Product Portfolio. In 2021, Stefan E. joined Vidispine - an Arvato Systems brand as the Head of Platform Success.

Stefan E. pursued their education from 2000 to 2006 at the Technische Universität Ilmenau, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in the field of Media Technology.
