Todd Killick

Todd Killick has over 10 years of work experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry. Todd began their career in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant at Fenwick Limited. In 2011, they joined Preferred Choice as a Digital Resourcer, before moving up to Digital Recruitment Consultant and then Senior Digital Recruitment Consultant. In 2015, they joined Skimlinks as a Talent Acquisition Contractor, where they focused on technical recruitment. In 2016, they were hired as Talent Acquisition Manager at MOO, where they were responsible for recruiting for Technical, Product, UI and UX roles. In 2017, they joined Wunderman UK as a Talent Acquisition Manager on a contract basis. In 2018, they founded Another Way, a start-up focused on making hiring an easier experience. Finally, in 2017, they joined Vidsy as Senior Director of Talent (US & EMEA), where they oversaw hiring for the 140+ strong team across the three hubs - NYC, LA and London.

Todd Killick attended St.Gregorys RCC School from 2002 to 2008, where they earned A Levels & AS Levels in Psychology, Todd'story, and Computing.
