Vidyanta is a leader for enhancing clinical standards for healthcare professionals for better patient outcomes and for enriching patients’ knowledge for their own health and well-being. Through our strong focus on competency-based training of healthcare professionals for delivering patient care and using that knowledge to provide patient education, Vidyanta bridges the gap between the healthcare system and the patient to produce better outcomes.

Vidyanta is an authorized partner with INACSL “The International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation & Learning” as a North India-Regional Interest Group and Vidyanya is recognized by the National Skill Development Corporation, the Healthcare Sector Skill Council, the American Heart Association, Punjab Skill Development Mission.

Since 2011, Vidyanta has trained over 22,000 nurses, resulting in 1,000,000 clinical training hours; these nurses are equipped to deal both with domestic and international patients. Vidyanta offers upskilling courses for doctors, nurses, nursing faculty and students and paramedics.

Vidyanta has training centres at the Chain of Medanta Hospitals at Gurugram, Lucknow, Patna, and a 30,000 square feet training centre with 100 bedded boys and 100 bedded girls’ hostels on 3.5 acres at the Amritsar Medical College Campus. In addition, Vidyanta has 529 established skills labs in government secondary schools in nine states.

For Class IX to XII students, Vidyanta provides healthcare training in the government secondary schools under a four-year NSQF “National Skills Qualification Framework” healthcare program for Patient Care Assistant and Home Health Care job roles, which is embedded into the school curriculum. We are present in more than 500 schools in Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Telangana.
