Connor Allen has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Connor began their career in 2008 as a Ride Supervisor at Bromley Mountain Resort, where they prioritized customer service and ensured the safety of workers and customers.

In 2014, they worked as a Manufacturer at J.K. Adams Co., where they quickly adapted to changing objectives and met production quotas.

Connor also served as a volunteer for Bernie Sanders' Presidential Campaign with Buffs for Bernie, organizing campaign events and educating voters on Bernie's policies.

At Bromley Mountain Resort in 2016, they worked as a Snowboard Instructor, teaching students of all skill levels and ensuring their safety on the mountain.

From 2017 to 2018, Connor was a Radio Broadcaster for STEPS, a student-run radio program focused on sustainability issues. Connor coordinated show content, conducted interviews, and edited audio content for podcasts.

In 2018, Connor started working at Avesta Kommun, managing projects related to sustainability and reducing carbon footprints. Connor also completed their master's thesis on the Greener Weekday's project and presented their findings at the municipality's sustainability conference.

In 2019, they held various roles including Sales Operations Specialist at Viedoc, Impact Data Analyst at One Planet Rating, and Recruiter at Naturskyddsföreningen (SSNC). These roles involved quantitative data analysis, recruitment, and working towards environmental and social sustainability challenges.

Connor's work experience also includes being a Leader at Stiftelsen Barnens Dag, where they were responsible for the direct care and safety of camp participants with disabilities, and conducting inspections for poisonous materials at preschools.

Connor Allen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they also earned an Undergraduate Certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies from the same university. From 2017 to 2019, Connor pursued a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Development, which they completed at Uppsala University.
