Ian Davis

Ian Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ian started their career as a Camp Counselor at Scripps Ranch Swim & Racquet Club in 2007, where they supervised and tailored camp activities for groups of 10-25 campers. In the same year, they also worked as a Soccer Referee for the California State Soccer Association-South, making tough decisions quickly and managing small groups.

In 2013, Ian worked as a Warehouse Employee at Ansmar Publishers Inc, where they were responsible for inventory checks and ensuring timely distribution. After that, from 2015 to 2017, they worked at UCSB Library's Services Desk, where they organized materials, responded to inquiries, and facilitated smooth daily operations.

Ian transitioned into the recruitment field in 2017 at Real Staffing, starting as a Recruitment Consultant before progressing to roles such as Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Recruitment Consultant, and Executive Recruitment Consultant. Ian'sspecialization was placing high-level professionals with niche skill sets within the medical device and diagnostics industry in San Diego.

In 2022, Ian became a Sales Development Executive at Boon, where they played a key role in driving sales growth. Currently, they serve as a Lead Generation Specialist at Viedoc, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Ian has demonstrated strong organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills in diverse work environments.

Ian Davis attended San Diego Miramar College from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued General Studies. Following that, from 2014 to 2017, they were enrolled at UC Santa Barbara, where they earned a degree in Chemistry and Political Science.
