Trae Fitzgerald

Trae Fitzgerald is the current CFO at Viemed. Prior to this, they were Finance Manager and Corporate Controller at VieMed from January 2016 to December 2017. Highlights from their time there include integrating and implementing 15 companies to a central ERP, establishing internal financial controls for subsidiaries purchased through roll-up strategy, and successfully transitioning finance headquarters in Los Angeles, CA into two business unit headquarters in Cincinnati, OH and Lafayette, LA.

Before working at VieMed, Fitzgerald was with PetroQuest Energy LLC from January 2014 to December 2016 as their Financial Reporting lead. Trae's duties included coordinating with internal and external audit teams, monthly and quarterly variance analysis, maintaining monthly financial results and presenting them to executive management, and maintaining the company corporate budget model. Trae was also responsible for employee stock compensation administration and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

Fitzgerald began their career at Ernst and Young in January 2011 as part of their Assurance Services team.

Trae Fitzgerald has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor's in Accounting from the same school. Trae also has a CPA certification.

Trae Fitzgerald reports to Casey Hoyt, CEO. Trae Fitzgerald works with Brett Stoute - Chief Compliance Officer, Todd Zehnder - COO & Director, and Rob Birkhead - Chief Marketing Officer.
