Jan Sandberger

Jan Sandberger has work experience in various roles related to quality assurance and support. Jan currently works at VIER GmbH as a Product Owner Quality Assurance, where they are responsible for shifting left all aspects of quality, providing frameworks, trainings, and guidance for developers to implement tests, and serving as the first contact for all quality issues for C-Level management. Prior to that, they worked at Lindenbaum as a Team Lead Quality Assurance from April 2010 to May 2021. Jan also has experience at SEEBURGER, where they served as a Teamleader Support from November 2007 to March 2010, and as a Support Analyst for SEEBURGER EDI Adapter for SAP XI/PI from April 2006 to November 2007.

Jan Sandberger earned a Diplominformatiker degree in Informatik from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between 1997 and 2006. In addition to their degree, Jan Sandberger obtained several certifications throughout their career. They became an ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level - Test Manager from the iSQI Group in May 2017. In September 2012, they also received the Qualitätsmanagement-Beauftragter QMB certification from TÜV SüD. Jan Sandberger became an ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level from CertInstitute in October 2010. They obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation Examination certification from EXIN in March 2009. Lastly, in March 2004, Jan Sandberger received the Bescheinigung nach Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung from the IHK-Bildungszentrum Karlsruhe GmbH.
