Iris Kittel

Iris Kittel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Iris is currently working at Viessmann as the Vice President of Sales & Operations Planning since January 2022. Prior to this, Iris worked at The LEGO Group from 2020 to 2021 as the Director of Demand Planning and Forecasting. In 2019, they held the position of Head of Customer Development at The LEGO Group, and in 2018, they were the Director of Demand Planning and Forecasting.

Before joining The LEGO Group, Iris worked at Sony Mobile Communications from 2002 to 2013, holding various roles including Head of Demand Planning and Fulfilment EMEA, Head of Sales Operations and Planning CEEMEA, and Manager of International Product Marketing EMEA.

Their early career includes positions at Vodafone, where they worked in Marketing and Product Management, including roles as a Product Manager. Iris also participated in the Management Development Program at Vodafone.

Iris Kittel obtained a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Cologne from 1991 to 1997. In 1994, they briefly attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In 1995, they participated in an MBA exchange program at Penn State University. In 1997, they completed a CEMS Master in International Management at CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education.
