The Vietnam Phoenix Fund Limited (the "Fund"), previously the DWS Vietnam Fund, is currently managed by Duxton Capital (Australia) Pty Ltd (“Duxton Capital” or "Investment Manager").

The primary investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation of its assets by investing directly or indirectly in a diversified portfolio of securities that do some or all of their business in Vietnam.

The Fund seeks to achieve the investment objective primarily through making investments into equity securities of Vietnamese listed companies.
