Ana Flores

Ana Flores has a strong background in manufacturing engineering. Ana is currently working as a Manufacturing Engineer at View, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ABB from September 2018 to December 2019, initially as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and later as a Manufacturing Engineer. In these roles, Ana managed multiple manufacturing lines, supported production-engineering teams, and implemented lean manufacturing tools to improve efficiency and output. Ana also had experience as a Manufacturing Intern at ABB, where they developed a SAP to Excel datasheet and identified and corrected fabrication manufacturability issues. Before joining ABB, Ana worked as a New Product Introduction Intern at Ruhrpumpen Global, where they supported the introduction of new processes and helped prepare the company for an ISO 9001 certification.

Ana Flores received their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2017. Prior to that, they completed the Global Leadership Program in Rome, Italy at the University of Washington Rome Center in 2015.
