Andrew H. Min is the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Digital Initiatives at RXR, where they lead digital initiatives and manage proptech investment strategies. Currently serving as co-CEO of View, Andrew oversees smart building technologies that enhance human health and reduce energy consumption. Previously, they were an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on real estate clients and digital disruption. A Princeton University graduate, Andrew was involved in competitive debate and holds a commitment to various community roles. Residing in the Upper West Side of New York, Andrew enjoys hiking and sports.
