Eva Hernández

Eva Hernández is a certified F-SIMA mediator by the ILO and has extensive experience in labor relations management, currently serving as the Labor Relations Director at VIEWNEXT since 2017. Previously, they held various roles at IBM, including Global Employee Labor Relations Leader and Labor Relations Responsible, where they managed complex employee relations situations across multiple countries. Eva earned a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Master's degree in Health and Safety Prevention in the Workplace, along with degrees in law from the University of Sevilla.
