Simón Martínez holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and specialized in Human Resources and Business Psychology through the UAM Educational Cooperation Program. Since 2007, they have worked at the human resources department of Ingeniería de Software Avanzado S.A (INSA), part of IBM Global Services in Spain, holding various roles from Recruitment to Professional Development. Currently, Simón is responsible for the Corporate Social Responsibility department at VIEWNEXT, focusing on ESG policies, and also works as a personal and team coach.
